How to Manage My SDS IN USE

MY SDS IN USE shows the overview of the active and uploaded SDS assigned to a product.  
 

  1. Click Chemical. 

  1. Click Product Library. 
     

  1. Click MY SDS IN USE tab. 
     
     
    There are two views to select from All SDS In Use or SDS I Uploaded. 
    Note: A product can have one or more SDS. 
     
    All SDS In Use - SDS that are active and assigned to a product. 
    SDS | Uploaded - SDS uploaded to a product. 
     
    Action Buttons are located on the upper right of the page. 
    There are Bulk Upload, Import to Inventory, Download, Refresh List, and Delete. 
     
    To use these functions, you must first select matched SDS by clicking the box next to the SDS ID. 
     

The filter feature allows you to select the uploaded date, status, quality, section, and to search the SDS. 
 
STATUS: 
Uploaded - SDS is uploaded but not yet parsed. 
Parsing - SDS is being read by the system. 
Unmatched - SDS was successfully parsed but not attached to a product yet. 
Invalid Format - SDS was parsed but in a format not supported by the system. This can be validated by the user through manually filling out the fields. 
Matched - SDS was matched to a product but the contents were not yet validated. 
 
 
QUALITY: 
Invalid - When the SDS fails the first 3 tests of pdf, English, section 
Rejected - If manually rejected by the user 
Confirmed- If manually changed by the user 
Verified - When the SDS has passed all 3 tests 
 
This section shows the SDS ID assigned to a PRODUCT, its PDID, the Formulator, Status, Quality, the Sections uploaded, the SDS' Filename, the date Uploaded On, and the Actions. 
 

Scroll down and select to format, confirm, or reject the uploaded SDS by clicking the SDS ID of the product. 
 
 

The ACTIONS features are to reprocess the SDS, download the SDS as PDF, Unlink SDS from Product, and to delete the SDS. 

Once the SDS' status is uploaded and has any invalid file, you can reprocess () the SDS under the ACTIONS column.
