How to Delete an SDS

Aside from adding your product’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) as an Account Admin, you can now delete an SDS by following the steps below. 

01/ Setting up the delete icon 

  1. Log in as an Account Admin. 
     

  1. Click Administration. 
     

  1. Click Accessibility Settings. 
     
     

  1. Click the SDS Accessibility tab. 
     
     

  1. Type the SDS ID, GRANTED TO, or GRANTED BY in the search button. 
     

  1. Click 
     

  1. Toggle On  to activate the delete icon in the Product Library. 

 

02/ Deleting the SDS file 

  1. Click Chemical. 
     

  1. Click Product Library. 
     
     

  1. Use the filter to search for the product's SDS you want to delete. 
     
     

  1. Click 
     

  1. Click View under the SDS column. 
     
     

  1. Click 
    A delete confirmation pop-up appears. 
     
     

  1. Click  to delete the file. 

You have successfully deleted the SDS file.
