Bulk Upload Safety Data Sheets (SDS) (Supplier)

The Chemical module's Inventory Products allows Suppliers to upload their Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in bulk and review them to check if any validation is needed.  

Follow the steps below to navigate your way in maximizing these features. 

01/ Uploading in bulk using SDS functionality 

  1. Click Chemical. 
     

  1. Click Product Library. 
     

  1. Click   tab. 
     

  1. Click  to upload in bulk. 

  1. Choose or drag a file. 
     

  1. Click Upload. 
     
    A pop-up confirms your upload. 
     
     
    To learn more on the uploaded SDS status, read through What is the SDS Status.  
    Once the SDS' status is uploaded and has any invalid file, you can reprocess () the SDS under the ACTIONS column. 

  1. Click the SDS ID. 
     
    The list below is what appears in the SDS review.  

  • Revision Date 

  • Revision 

  • SDS Product Name 

  • SDS Formulator 

  • SDS ID 

  • Uploaded File Name  

  • Stored File Name 

  • Language 

  • Sections 1,2,3, 9, and 14. 

  1. Click to format, confirm, or reject. 
     
     

  1. Click
