How to Download a CIL Template for Bulk Upload

The bulk upload function (upload via Excel) allows you to upload multiple products at the same time. You will need to use CleanChain's Chemical Inventory List (CIL) template in order to complete uploading. 

 
Follow the steps below to download the CIL. 

  1. Click Chemical. 

  1. Click Inventory. 
     

  1. Click Add New Inventory. 
     

  1. Select a date. 

  1. Select an inventory type. 
     

  • Delivery - This inventory type are the chemicals that have been recently delivered and need to be added to your inventory.
  • Usage – This inventory type are the chemicals that have been taken from your existing stock and used in the creation of a product.

 

 

  1. Click Upload Excel. 
     
    Note: The status is In Progress until all the products were matched. 
    Products that are in red had to be matched. 
    To learn how to match your products, refer to Product Matching Tips. 

  1. Choose a template language. 
     

  1. Download the template. 
     
    Test result: You have now downloaded the Usage Template.
