This guide explains the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) status and quality when uploading in your inventory.
Remember a verified SDS means that it has passed the three qualifications which are that it is exported in an English language, has sections 1,2,3,9, and 14, and in a PDF.
Go to Chemical.
Click Inventory Product.
Click tab.
STATUS:
Uploaded - SDS is uploaded but not yet parsed.
Parsing - SDS is being read by the system.
Unmatched - SDS was successfully parsed but not attached to a product yet.
Invalid Format - SDS was parsed but in a format not supported by the system. This can be validated by the user through manually filling out the fields.
Matched - SDS was matched to a product but the contents were not yet validated.
QUALITY:
Invalid - When the SDS fails the first 3 tests of pdf, English, section
Verified - When the SDS has passed all 3 tests
Confirmed - If manually changed by the user
Rejected - If manually rejected by the user
Note: A Bureau user may change the SDS to any status while the system can only set  the SDS as invalid or verified.
