How to Export Inventory SDS Report

The Inventory SDS report summarizes all the necessary details the organization must know of their Inventory Report. This includes the IDs of the organization, product, and sds, the date of when and who uploaded the sds, its revision number, and status.  
 
Follow the steps below to download your inventory SDS report. 

  1. Click  on the left menu. 
     

  1. Click  . 

  1. Click the INVENTORY SDS REPORT tab.  
     

  1. Filter the report. 
     

  1. Click . 
     
    A pop-up appears of the report's status. 
     

  1. Click  to refresh the report's status. 
    Note: The report's statuses are as follows: 
    - Processing 
    - Ready for Download 
     

  1. Click   to reload filters. (Optional) 

  1. Click   to edit the report's name. 
     
     

  1. Save the changes by clicking  . 
     

  1. Click  under the ACTIONS column to download the report. 
     

 

The list below shows what you'll see in your Inventory SDS Report: 

  • Organization 

Organization Name 

  • ORGID 

Organization ID 

  • SUPPLIER Code 

Supplier code 

  • Product 

Product Name 

  • PDID 

Product ID 

  • SDS Owned By 

Organization that owns the SDS 

  • SDS Owner ID 

SDS ID of the owner 

  • sdsid 

 Uniquely generated SDS ID for every upload 

  • sds_revision_date 

Parsed revision date from SDS File (if any) 

  • sds_revision_number 

Parsed revision number from SDS File (if any) 

  • sds_status 

Status of the SDS File linked on the Product (e.g. Matched) 

  • sds_uploaded_by 

Person who uploaded the SDS 

  • uploaded_on 

Date when the SDS was uploaded 

  • sds_product_name 

Parsed Product Name from SDS File (if any) 

  • sds-product_code 

Parsed Product Code from SDS File (if any) 

  • sds_formulator 

Parsed Formulator Name from SDS File (if any)
