How to Manage Your Inventory

The Inventory page gives access to the users to upload and edit their inventory data, and download their Inventory, InCheck report, and Inventory  and Usage report. 
 

 
01/ INVENTORY  

  1. Click Chemical. 
     

  1. Click Inventory. 
     
    The default view of the page leads you to the Inventory tab.

You can also filter the inventories by selecting the month period, inventory, and also toggling ON to view your Supply Chain Inventories. 
 
Note: Set up your Supply Chain through the Network found in the left navigation menu. 
 


As you scroll down, the details such as date, type, created date, last updated, entered by, InCheck Report ID, status, and the actions ( view, copy, export to pdf and excel, and delete) are found here. 
You can edit the inventory data by clicking the month-year of the uploaded inventory.

02/ INCHECK ARCHIVE  

A ZDHC Performance InCheck demonstrates Suppliers' conformance performance against the latest ZDHC MRSL. Before you download Performance InCheck, please make sure: 

 

  • Your organization has an active InCheck Add-on subscription.  

  • You have linked your CleanChain account to your ZDHC Gateway account. 

  • Your inventory has been submitted as complete. 

*ZDHC no longer supports the Stock-Take inventory type when generating InCheck Reports. 

InCheck Rule. 

 

*Once your inventory has been submitted as complete, the system will automatically generate your InCheck report. Suppliers have 42 days from the first day of the next inventory month to make any changes. After the 42-day rule, any changes made to the inventory will not be reflected in the InCheck report. 

 

Remember that the 42-day rule starts from the first day of the next inventory month. 
For example, if you are uploading the September inventory, the start of the 42-day count begins on the first day of October and ends on November 11th. 

 

  1. Click Chemical. 

  1. Click Inventory. 

  1. Make sure to click INCHECK ARCHIVE tab. 
     

  1. Hover to INCHECK REPORT column. 

  1. Click  to download the INCHECK REPORT. 

     

You may check your Downloads folder to see the downloaded report.

03/ INVENTORY AND USAGE REPORT 

Inventory and usage report are exported by using the filter options (organization name, product name, date range, and products) and by clicking the action buttons to preview, queue/run report, or to reset the filter.  
For detailed steps on how to export the report, click Inventory and Usage Report or Downloading Inventory Data.
