What is Stock-take, Delivery, & Usage
About CleanChain Inventory Types
CleanChain provides you with three inventory types categorized as stock-take, delivery, and usage. You can find these inventory types under the Chemical - Inventory.
Note: ZDHC InCheck Report is limited to delivery and usage inventory types.
Please refer to your customers to determine which inventory type should be uploaded.
Note: You can only upload one inventory of each type per month at maximum.
Stock-Take
This category allows you to manage the number and quantity of products you have in stock.
For example, in February there were 100 products in stock, each product will also have an amount/quantity.
Note: Stock Take is not supported by ZDHC InCheck Reports.
Delivery
The number and quantity of products delivered to your facility in a month.
Usage
Usage tracks the number and quantity of products used at your facility in a month.
Follow the steps below to access the inventory types.
Click Chemical.
Click Inventory.
This page allows you to add and view inventories.
