ZDHC Gateway Relaunch: FAQ for CleanChain Users

ZDHC is relaunching the ZDHC Gateway, taking the platform offline for a one-time transition window. This article explains what's changing, what you need to do to prepare, and what to expect before, during, and after the transition.

Key Dates at a Glance

  1. 7 August 2026 — ZDHC Gateway goes offline for the transition. If you normally generate your InCheck report between the 7th and 15th of the month, note that this window falls inside the offline period this month — generate July's report before 7 August or wait until the relaunch.
  2. 7–17 August 2026 — ZDHC Gateway offline for the transition. CleanChain stays fully accessible.
  3. 11 August 2026 — CleanChain live webinar and Q&A.
  4. 17 August 2026 — Relaunched ZDHC Gateway goes live; InCheck report generation resumes.

Overview

What is happening?

ZDHC is relaunching the ZDHC Gateway. To migrate data and complete system checks, ZDHC will take the current Gateway fully offline for a one-time transition window from 7–17 August 2026. The relaunched Gateway goes live on 17 August 2026.

Does this affect CleanChain?

No . Your CleanChain account, data, and supplier connections remain fully accessible throughout the transition. Only functions that depend on the ZDHC Gateway itself — most notably generating an InCheck report — are unavailable while the Gateway is offline. This is a ZDHC-managed migration and is outside CleanChain's control.

Before the Transition (Now – 7 August 2026)

What do I need to do before 7 August?

  1. If you normally generate your InCheck report between the 7th and 15th of the month, this window falls inside the ZDHC Gateway's offline period in August. Generate your July InCheck report on the CleanChain platform before 7 August 2026 — otherwise you'll need to wait until the Gateway relaunches on 17 August 2026.
  2. Follow up on any pending Gateway actions (product verifications, invitations, connection requests) so they're completed before the ZDHC Gateway platform closes.
  3. Review your organisation's ZDHC Gateway user list and remove anyone no longer with your organisation.

During the Transition (7–17 August 2026)

What can't I do during this period?

You will not be able to access the ZDHC Gateway or generate InCheck reports during this window. No Gateway access, data review, submission, or reporting is possible until the relaunch is complete. You can still access your existing InCheck reports via CleanChain during this time.

What can I still do on CleanChain during this period?

Everything else. You can log in as normal, view and download your InCheck reports and CIL data from completed InCheck reports, download or view technical reports, manage your supplier network, review existing records, and use CleanChain's other compliance tools.

After the Relaunch (17 August 2026 Onward)

Will my ZDHC Gateway data be lost?

No . ZDHC has confirmed that all data — organisation and user information, active subscriptions, products, certifications, InCheck data, and ClearStream data (from 2022 onward) — will migrate automatically to the relaunched Gateway. You do not need to re-enter or re-upload anything, with one exception: any organisation or user invitations that haven't yet been activated will need to be reissued after the relaunch.

Will my ZDHC Gateway AIDs and UIDs remain the same?

No . Old AIDs and UIDs are not carried over — ZDHC Gateway accounts will receive a new account ID, and the same applies to UIDs. If you've referenced your ZDHC Gateway AID elsewhere, you'll need to update it yourself once your new AID is issued.

Are there any upcoming changes to how supplier InCheck reports are generated via CleanChain?

No . The InCheck report and CIL upload function remains the same.

Will CleanChain maintain real-time access to ZDHC Gateway products?

Yes — no change to the Product Library.

When can I generate InCheck reports again?

From 17 August 2026, once the relaunched ZDHC Gateway is live.

Does the window for InCheck generation remain 42 days?

Yes, it remains the same.

Can ZDHC PID be searched in CleanChain?

Yes, you can search ZDHC Gateway Products using PID on the CleanChain product library.
