Wastewater Troubleshooting
Errors in migrating test reports are simply indicated with an "error" status.
Below are the possible reasons why your water lab reports/test reports may have an "error" status
Parameter
The parameter used in the test report is ONLY active in Gateway and not in CleanChain.
Reporting Fee
This error occurs when the organization has not purchased a reporting fee.
Link an active account in Gateway
Organizations have to make sure that their CleanChain account is linked with their active Gateway account.

When a test report is on queue for the next five days, then an error occurs. When you open the pop up again, the test report will automatically remigrate, and its status will be "In Progress".
