Link Your Water Profile to Gateway

Supplier Wastewater Profile allows Suppliers to link your Gateway Account, input your sample point, select your requirements, and verify your lab test report. 
 
This guide will show you how to link your Gateway account so your wastewater profile and test reports can be accessible in CleanChain. Whether you link you Gateway account or not, Suppliers can still create their test report.   

Follow the steps below. 

  1. Click  on the left menu. 
     

  1. Click   from the drop-down. 
     

  1. Click   the tab. 
     
     

  1. Type in your Gateway credentials. 
     

  1. Click 
     

  1. Select an organization. 
     

  1. Click 
    This a preview of the page when your Gateway account is linked. 
     
    Note: You can set-up the type of your pipes by clicking the drop-down under the Sample Type category. 
    Note: Raw is named as Internal Pipe in CleanChain. 
     
    Note: The filename of the reports from Gateway begins with TR. 
     

  1. Toggle ON the button at the bottom of the page to migrate existing and future Gateway test reports. 
     
     

  1. Click YES. 
     
    The status of the migration are as follows:  

  • In Queue 

  • In Progress 

  • Success 
     
    It takes a while to migrate the reports, you may close the window as you wait. 
     

  1. Click View Migration Status to check if reports are migrated. 

     
     
    Note: Once migrated, the filename of the reports begins with WW. 
    The migrated reports are displayed in the Water's  page. 
     
    Note: The tab  is automatically populated based on the suggested data from the sample type. You may modify the data as needed.
