How to Manage Your Supplier Water Profile

Supplier Wastewater Profile allows Suppliers to link your Gateway Account, input your sample point, select your requirements, and verify your lab test report. 
 

ZDHC  

This is an optional step that allows Suppliers to link their Gateway account so their profile and test reports can be accessible in CleanChain.  Whether you link you Gateway account or not, Suppliers can still create their test report.   
 

Sample Sites  

This tab requires Suppliers to populate all pipes such as Incoming Pipe, Internal Pipe, Discharge Pipe, and Sludge. Suppliers can manage which sections appear in their lab test report by turning the toggle button ON/OFF  located next to the question. The  allows Suppliers to add the number of pipe as they require. 

 

Internal Pipe is also known as Raw in Gateway. 

 

 
 
Discharge pipe is also known as Treatment Wastewater in Gateway. 
 

When you have completed setting up, scroll down and click  button to save any changes made. 

A green check mark  indicates that no error was found. 
 

Requirements  

This tab displays all authority requirements wherein Suppliers can select one or more requirements applies that applies to their needs. 
 
 
SAVE and SAVE AND NEXT are two options in saving your changes.  
SAVE allows you to save your work while SAVE AND NEXT redirects you to the next tab — Limits. 
 

  

Limits  

Limits display active parameters that were selected from the authority requirements. The first step is to select a requirement and then, click Load Parameters. 
 

In this part, Suppliers must select the pipe/s needed for their lab test report's scoring/evaluation by clicking the boxes under the pipe columns. The comment column is optional textbox. To require these questions, make sure to click Verified Requirement List and then, click SAVE.

As you scroll down the page, click to . 
 

After saving, you can now set the plan requirements as verified by clicking YES.
