Supplier Onboarding Dashboard

The Supplier Onboarding Dashboard guides the Suppliers on the first steps in navigating CleanChain. Suppliers are to upload their Chemical Inventory List (CIL) and the Assessments if available. 

Chemical Inventory List 
 

There are four following ways you can upload your CIL found under the Instructions section. 
 

01/ Upload your Safety Data Sheet (SDS) from the To-Do List page 

  1. Drag or drop the file of the Safety Data Sheet. 

  1. Click 
     
    You will be redirected to SDS IN USE page. 
     
    The number of matched SDS can also be seen from the To-Do List page. You can click  to verify the matched SDS. 
     

02/ Upload your Safety Data Sheet (SDS) through the link 

  1. Upload the English version of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of the product by choosing or dragging a file. 
    Note: Make sure your SDS file sections are filled completely. If the sections are incomplete, the parsing of your data would fail.  
    Sections 0,1,2,3, 9, and 14 are the sections you can only view from the Safety Data Sheet. 
     

  1. Click  . 

  1. Match the product by searching the product name and choosing from the list if available. 
    Note: As you search, you can trim or shorten the product and manufacturer name to display more possible matches. 
    If the product is NEW, then click, Create New Product. 
     
    There are three sources to choose a product from. 
    - My Inventory Products ( Products you have added to your Library ) 
    - ZDHC Gateway Library ( Products published on ZDHC Gateway ) 
    - Other Third-Party Providers 
    - All Products ( Products available in CleanChain and ZDHC Gateway) 
    Note:  If you cannot find the product from either My Inventory Products or ZDHC Gateway Library, select All Products. 
    Note: You can also search using a Product Code. 
     

  1. Click 
    A notification pos up to confirm the product was matched. 

04/ Add Inventory 

  1. Fill in the required fields. 
    Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) 

  1. Click  . 
    You will be redirected to the Product Library page. 
     
    To edit the product, click the product name. 

03/ Copy from Previous Inventory 

  1. Select a date. 

  1. Select an inventory type. 

    To learn about inventory types, click here. 

  1. Click 
     
     

  1. Select an inventory to copy. 

  1. Click  

  1. Click 

  1. Enter the weights of the copied product/s. 
     

  1. Click  

  1. Click 
    A notification appears at the top of the page. 
     
    You can now view the copied inventory on the inventory page.  

Chemical Inventory List 

This section shows from the current to descending order of the inventory month along with the status. 
Note: Open means the inventory is saved in progress. If a month has no inventory, Add Inventory and Copy Previous options are available.  
 

Click the states to check the inventory of the selected month. Inventories are shown based on the completeness status of the upload. 
To complete the inventory, match the product from the product library page.

Questions and CAPs 

This section is only applicable for organizations with an assessment with three out of available assessments are displayed on the To-Do list page.  
The status can only be completed if all questions were answered indicated by the number of Open Corrective Action Plan (CAP)s. 

Click on the specific assessment to open. 
 
To check all assessment, click View all Assessments. 

You will be redirected to the Actions page.
