How to connect with Lab and Give Access to your Account (Supplier)


To submit your InCheck report through a lab, follow the steps below. This will allow you to connect with a lab and grant them access to your account.

Grant Access to Lab

 
  1. Login to your CleanChain Account



 
  1. Select Scorecard then, click My To-Do List.


 
  1. Click Add Lab Access.


 
  1. Choose the lab you wish to authorize from the list.
  2. Provide the Name and Email Address of the contact person the lab can reach out to.
  3. Tick the check box to authorize the lab to contact the designated person provided above.
  4. Click Submit to confirm.




Remove Lab Access

  1. Login to your CleanChain Account

 
  1. Select Scorecard then, click My To-Do List.


 
  1. Click the delete icon to remove the lab’s access.


 
  1. Click Yes to confirm lab access removal.
