How to AddEdit IPQ's (Brand)

01/Adding an IPQ  

1. Click Chemical on the left navigation. 

2. Click Inventory Products. 
   
   

3. Click MANAGE IPQ tab. 
   
   

4. Click . 

5. Fill out the required fields. 
   Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk. 

6. Turn ON the toggle switch. 

1. Click Save. 
   
   If issue only to specific Suppliers, click  to assign to a Supplier. 
   
    
   If a brand questionnaire, the only actions are edit and delete.  

A notification pops up. 

a) Adding a question 

1. Click an IPQ's name. 
   
   

2. Click + Add Question. 
   
   

3. Fill out the required fields. 
     
   
    

b) Editing a question  

1. Click   to edit. 
   
   
   

2. Click Save. 
   
   

c) Editing the questions' order  

1. Click  

2. Change the order. 

3. Click Save. 
    
   

D) Required responses  

1. Toggle ON to require a response to the questionnaire. 
   
   If the Response Required toggle is ON, the questionnaire will require a response in the MY INVENTORY PRODUCTS tab.  
   
   If the questionnaire has mix responses, required, and not required, then the Product Questions status will be Response Required. 

 

02/Editing an IPQ  

1. Click Chemical on the left navigation. 

2. Click Inventory Products. 
   
   

3. Click  under the ACTIONS column to edit a questionnaire.
