What is the Difference Between an Account & Organization

CleanChain account system is set up so that every company has an ACCOUNT and each of these accounts can have single or multiple organizations.

An account is an identity created to represent a company. Creating an account enables you to navigate CleanChain and create organization/s.

The organization represents factories (or sub-companies) that the main company holds. An organization under an account should be owned by the account's company or otherwise known as Top Organizations.

For example, if Test Mill Ltd. wants to register on CleanChain, they will have to first create an account as Top Organization, Test Mill Ltd Unit 1. Top Organizations are best described as the HQ factory.

Test Mill Ltd. can also host their other factories, Unit 2 and Unit 3 in their account.

Refer to How to Add an Organization.

Subscription plans are purchased and assigned to organizations.
Refer to How to Assign Plans to Your Organizations.
