How to Assign IPQ set to a Supplier

Inventory Product Questions (IPQ) is a set of questions created as a template questionnaire for products.  

01/ Creating a questionnaire 

1. Click Chemical at the left vertical tab. 

2. Click Inventory Products. 
   
   

3. Click Manage IPQ. 
   
   

4. Click Add Questionnaire at the right corner. 
   
   

5. Fill out the required fields. 

6. Toggle ON to enable the Status. 

7. Click SAVE. 
   
   

8. Click the Questionnaire Name. 
   
   

9. Click . 
   
   

10. Fill out the required fields.  

11. Click SAVE. 
    
    

12. Click  under the ACTIONS column to add/edit a response. 
    
    
    

13. Click . 

14. Fill out the required fields. 

15. Click Save. 
     

02/ Assigning an IPQ to a supplier product 

1. Click Chemical at the left vertical tab. 

2. Click Inventory Products. 
    

3. Click MY INVENTORY PRODUCTS on the section tab. 
   
   

4. Click  to open the filter options. 

5. Filter the product's inventory date, search, category, certification results, and questionnaire. 
   
   

6. Click . 

7. Hover to the ACTIONS column of the product. 

8. Click . 

9. Hover to Questionnaire. 

10. Select a questionnaire in the drop-down.
