Adding a Manufacturer as New

For every new organization you add, it is automatically set as a Supplier.  
If you need help in changing your organization type, you may contact customer support for assistance. 

In terms of adding a product in the Product Library, every product is tagged to a manufacturer.

01/ Adding a new organization 

To add a new organization, follow the steps below. 

  1. Click Administration. 
     

  1. Click Organization Management. 


  1. Click 
     

  1. Fill out the required fields. 
    Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). 
     
     

  1. Click 

02/ Adding a product with a new manufacturer 

To add a product in the Product Library with a new manufacturer, follow the steps below. 

  1. Click Chemical on the left navigation tab. 
     

  1. Click Product Library. 
     
     

  1. Click   . 

 

  1. Add Product 
     

  1. Fill in the required fields. 
    Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). 
     
     

  1. Click  to add a new manufacturer. 
     
     

  1. Click 

 

  1. Click 
     

  1. Click  
     

  1. Add Product via SDS 
     

  1. Click
    Note: Only English SDS are read through the system. 

  1. Upload the SDS file. 
     

  1. Click 

 

  1. Select the product. 
    Note: Search for the product by using the first three to five letters of the product name.
