How to Renew Your Subscription

01/Login 


Follow the steps below to renew your subscription. 

  1. Go to the CleanChain login page. 

  1. Log in to your account. 
     
    A renewal banner appears to remind to renew your subscription. 

    You can directly renew your subscription by clicking the shortcut from the banner. 
     
     

02/Payment 

  1. Click   to edit the Billing Information as applicable. 

  1. Click Save. 

  1. Select a payment method. 
    Note: CleanChain currently provides payment through credit card and wire transfer. 
    Note: If you are paying via wire transfer, your invoice will be sent directly via email. 

  1. Fill out the information. 

  1. Check the green square to agree to the terms and conditions. 

  1. Click Confirm purchase. 
     
     
    Note: Your transaction is being processed. You will be redirected to the Subscription page. 
    Step result: You have renewed your subscription.
