How to Remove Commodity Products from InCheck Reports.

Effective May 24th, 2021, CleanChain will automatically exclude commodity products from all InCheck Reports. The system is designed to automatically recognize commodity chemicals if they have been previously categorized as such in the past inventories or if they were marked as a commodity product in Gateway, CleanChain Library.

To ensure that your inventory is updated, before saving your inventory as complete, ensure that commodity chemicals on your list are marked accordingly.

 

  1. Proceed to the Chemical Module and access the Inventory section.
 
             1) Select the month of the existing inventory you wish to review or
             2) Create a new inventory
             

  1. Products on the list with the 'set commodity' link have not been designated as a commodity chemical. Click Set Commodity.

  1. Search for the product.
     
  1. Click .
  2. Click Confirm to set the selected product as a commodity chemical.

  1. Review inventory then, click Save and Complete when done.
