How to Identify Not-Evaluated Products

Suppliers can add products and have them evaluated for a product conformance. Suppliers can add products and have them evaluated for a product conformance. Product conformance is categorized as Not Evaluated, Not Published in ZDHC Gateway, registered, Conformant, Level 1,2, and 3. This guide focuses on Not Evaluated Products which are products that are either not published in the ZDHC Gateway by the Formulators as ZDHC MRSL Level 1, 2, or 3, or published with a registered product status only.   

01/ Product Conformance Dashboard  

  1. Go to Dashboards. 

  1. Click Chemical. 
     

  1. Click the Product Conformance tab. 
     

  1. Make sure all the Certification Standard(s) are selected. 

  1. Click Ok. 
     

  1. Click 

  1. Scroll down to view the PRODUCT CONFORMANCE chart. 
    Note: The charts show the products' Product Conformance by Count, Weight, and Screened Chemistry. 

  1. Click the Not Evaluated to Selected Standard(s) under the PRODUCT DETAILS to view the products. 


  2.   
     
     

  1. Click the action bar icons on the right to print and export the PRODUCT CONFORMANCE to pdf and excel.

  1. Open the downloaded report. 
    Note: Downloaded files are often found in the Downloads folder. 

  1. Click Enable Editing. 
     

  1. Click Data on the ribbon tab. 
     

  1. Click  . 
     

  1. Click the drop-down arrow to filter the Certification Name tab. 
     

  1. Select Blanks only. 
    Note: Not Evaluated products have a blank Certification Name in the downloaded excel. 

  1. Click OK. 
     
    The sheet shows all not-evaluated products. 

02/ Inventory Products Dashboard  

  1. Go to Dashboards. 

  1. Click Chemical. 

  1. Click the Inventory Products tab. 
     
    The Inventory Products tab shows a list view of unique, matched products in each month. 

  1. Refine your searches by filtering for product name, supply chain organization, or certification standard such as the ZDHC MRSL.  

  1. Make sure all the Certification Standard(s) are selected. 

  1. Click Ok. 
     

  1. Click 

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the products. 
    Note: Manage the number of products you can view by selecting the View Rows By option.

  1. Click the Next Page to find the not evaluated products. 
    Note: Standard: Result indicates Not Evaluated product as blank. 
     

  1. Click to export the details in excel.

  1. Open the downloaded report. 
    Note: Downloaded files are often found in the Downloads folder. 

  1. Click Enable Editing. 
     

  1. Click Data on the ribbon tab. 
     

  1. Click  
     

  1. Click the drop-down arrow to filter the Evaluation tab. 
     

  1. Select 0 only. 

  1. Click OK. 
     
    The sheet shows all not-evaluated products. 

 

03/ Input Chemistry Report  

  1. Go to Chemical. 

  1. Click Inventory Products. 
     

  1. Click the INPUT CHEMISTRY REPORT tab. 
     

  1. Select the month. 

  1. Click Run Report

  1. Click Reload Button to Reload Filters under the ACTIONS column. 
    Note: The Report Status changes to Ready for Download. 
    Optional: Click Edit Icon to add a REPORT NAME. 

  1. Click Download Icon to download the Input Chemistry Report.
