Submit Inventory as Complete

Submit Inventory as Complete

Upon creation, each CleanChain inventory is assigned a status; "In Progress" or "Complete".

In Progress: Refers to an inventory that is still be completed or is missing key requirements (quantity, matching, unit). While you are working on your inventory it is recommended to keep the status as In progress.

To save changes and keep your inventory In Progress, use the Save button.

Complete: When you are ready to submit your inventory as completely accurate and final, use the Save and Complete button to move your inventory status to Complete.

If you are not sure why your inventory is In Progress, the following cases might be the reason:

  • The inventory has no products.

  • There are unmatched products in the inventory.

  • There are products without quantity or unit.

  • The "Save and Complete" button has not been clicked.

Note: If you have submitted your inventory as complete, any changes made will require you to click the Save and Complete button again.
