Submit Inventory as Complete

When an inventory is created in CleanChain, it is assigned a status based on its current stage in the inventory process:

Status

Meaning

In Progress 

The inventory is being prepared and registered as a draft in ZDHC Gateway. The Inventory Reference ID is displayed when available.

Completed 

Inventory is finalized but not submitted, commonly for Stock Take or an inactive subscription. 

Submitted 

Inventory was sent to ZDHC Gateway and is under review. 

Published 

Inventory was published through ZDHC Gateway. 

Declined 

Inventory was declined through ZDHC Gateway. 

 

An inventory with an In Progress status means that is still be completed or is missing key requirements (quantity, matching, unit). While you are working on your inventory it is recommended to keep the status as In progress.  

To save changes and keep your inventory In Progress, use the Save button.  
 

Submitted: When you are ready to submit your inventory as completely accurate and final, use the Save & Submit button to send your inventory for ZDHC review.   
 

If you are not sure why your inventory is In Progress, the following cases might be the reason:  

  • The inventory has no products. 
  • There are unmatched products in the inventory. 
  • There are products without quantity or unit. 
  • The "Save & Submit" button has not been clicked. 


Note: When an inventory has a Completed status, the inventory is finalized but was not submitted. You can still view and download the inventory, but you can no longer edit or delete it.
