Reset Your Password

To update a user's password, follow the steps below. 

  1. Go to the CleanChain login page. 

  1. Log in to your account. 
     

  1. Click Administration. 

  1. Click User Management. 
     

  1. Hover to ACTION. 

  1. Click  to change a user password. 
     

  1. Fill out the required fields. 
    Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). 

  1. Click Save. 
     
    Step result: The user password has been changed.
