How to Register on ZDHC Gateway as a Supplier

Connecting CleanChain to the ZDHC through ZDHC Gateway allows suppliers and brands easy access to performance data to facilitate better management of chemical inventory, transparency regarding chemical product usage or delivery and visibility on the progress and efforts of the suppliers. Connecting to the ZDHC requires completing the registration process.


There are two ways to register with ZDHC Gateway:
  • Invite from a Brand
  • Request Invite from the ZDHC
 

Invite from a Brand

  1. A Brand can invite you, or you can request an invitation from the Brand.
  2. Once the Brand has confirmed that you have been invited, check your email. Make sure to check your spam folder as well.

  4. Once registration process has been completed, wait for the email notification from the ZDHC Customer Support team for the approval.

Request Invite from the ZDHC

  1. Email the ZDHC at gateway@zdhc.org and request an invitation to ZDHC Gateway.
  2. Once reviewed, their customer support will get in touch with you to process your request and send you an invitation. Check your email and make sure to check your spam folder as well.

  4. Once registration process has been completed, wait for the email notification from the ZDHC Customer Support team for the approval.
