Connecting Your ZDHC Gateway Account to CleanChain (Suppliers)

This video will guide you through the process then follow the steps below for detailed instructions.

 

 

To authenticate CleanChain to access ZDHC Performance InCheck from ZDHC Gateway and to ensure the data you access is accurate, CleanChain requires you to link your CleanChain account to your ZDHC Gateway account. Follow the steps below to link your CleanChain account to your Gateway account.  

  

01/Linking to Gateway 

  1. Click Organization Profile. 
     

  1. Hover to ZDHC CONNECTION. 

  1. Click . 

     

  1. Enter your GATEWAY credentials. 

  1. Click Login. 
     
    Note: Only one organization can be linked to a user.  

  1. Click  to link an organization. 
      

  1. Click Accept. 
    The organization details linked to will be shown 
     

     

     

  1. Click Organization Profile. 
     

  1. Hover to ZDHC CONNECTION. 

  1. Click . 

  1. Click Remove Link.
